The flavourful signature dishes Nasi Jenganan and Nasi Rawon should not be missed as they are simply delicious.

Fans of Laksa will love LaksaMana at the Bedok Food Centre. LaksaMana, halal-certified, has a variety of Laksa on the menu to choose from. They serve Singapura Laksa, Johor Laksa and Penang Laksa. It is freshly prepared while you wait. Penang Laksa uses tamarind and limes to give your laksa a sour taste. Johor Laksa uses fish paste, fish curry powder, coconut milk, herring, spaghetti noodles (not your usual laksa noodle) and other herbs.
These Laksa are worth your calories with lots of flavours and ingredients. Patrons are lining up to support this fairly new stall. Find them at stall 19 and you can’t miss their bright orange signboard.

Make sure you order more than enough of this addictive snacks, as 2 is never enough for me, or you will need to go back to the long queue to requeue again.
