Best Michelin Restaurants Singapore 2023 with 55 Michelin-Starred winners
The Michelin Guide Ceremony Singapore took place yesterday on Tue, 27 June 2023 at Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay and witnessed 55 Best Michelin Restaurants Singapore awarded their stars.
Les Amis, Odette and Zén have continue to retain their Three Michelin stars titles. Six restaurants received Two Michelin Stars and 46 restaurants received One Michelin Star.
Shisen Hanten was relegated from Two Michelin stars in 2022 to one Michelin star this year and we have 5 new restaurants awarded one Michelin Star.
The 5 new entrants awarded one-star Michelin are:

– Sushi Sakuta
– Seroja
– Willow
Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle remains the only hawker stall with One Michelin Star after Hawker Chan drop out of the list since 2021, offering the cheapest Michelin Star Food in Singapore.
