Best Restaurants Singapore 2022 – Full Michelin Guide winners

The winners list of the Michelin Guide Singapore 2022 is out with 52 Best Restaurants Singapore awarded their stars and 7 new one-star Michelin-starred restaurants on the list. This is more than 49 Best Restaurants Singapore list from last year.

The 7 new entrants awarded one-star Michelin restaurants are :
– Burnt Ends
– Restaurant Euphoria
– Hamamoto
– La Dame De Pic, Raffles Singapore
– Marguerite
– Nae:um Restaurant
– Reve
Cloudstreet and Thevar were the two new restaurants added to the two-star list. Both were elevated from one-star ratings.
Cloudstreet was named after an Australian novel that is Chef Rishi Naleendra’s favourite book. Helmed by Chef Rishi Naleendra, Cloudstreet is a showcase of thought and sophisticated approach to gastronomy. The food menu is ever-changing base on seasonality of ingredients and showcases on contemporary dining.
Thevar is a modern Indian restaurant helmed by Chef Mano Thevar, who showcases his creative mix of traditional Indian flavours into his divine cuisines.

Restaurants fell off the list this year include Corner House, Shinji by Kanesaka (St Regis Hotel) and Garibaldi.
