I decided to try their Handmade Duck Noodle for $3 ($3.50 now). Price is really reasonable in view of the generous portion of duck meat and fish cake given. The bowl of noodle was covered with flavourful gravy and the duck meat was savour and tender. Both the Handmade noodle and the fish cake were nice and chewy. Don’t miss out on their sambal chilli as they are super delicious. This dish was perfect match with a cup of milk tea for just 80 cents.

I love their Bak Chor Noodle as it came with a generous serving of ingredients ( Minced Pork, Meatballs, Braised Mushrooms and Pig Livers). Best to add their crispy beancurd skin for extra $1 as it’s really crispy and crunchy. The noodle was full of Umami flavour and springy. Soup was not too salty and the pig livers was cooked just right as it get harden if overcooked. Overall, it’s absolutely delicious.

Tried the bigger portion Lor Mee for $4 and it made me really happy. The noodles was slurpy, gravy was thick and full of umami flavour with lots of ingredients. Ingredients include fried wanton, braised egg, ngoh hiang, fried fish and strips of pork belly. Everything was so perfectly blended together just like they were made for each other. Remember to add Vinegar, Garlic and Chilli to further enhanced the taste.

Really popular with their Chicken Rice.
I read the reviews online and found that they are mixed. Mainly due to pricing or attitude of staffs and not with the quality or taste of the Chicken Rice. I didn’t face any issues with the staffs or the pricing.
The rice is very fragrant, full of chicken stock flavour and not too oily. Chicken is juicy with their special sauce and their chilli with ginger dip sauce is heavenly. Just find the portion of the Chicken to be quite small too.
(Prices start from $4.50 now due to the short supply of fresh Kampung Chickens)

I took up the advice and tried their Mee Soto Ayam. The taste of the soup was fantastic, full of flavour and not too salty. The Shredded Chicken was pretty tasty and very generous. The noodles was slurpy with crunchy sprouts at bottom. Also beware of their padi chilli as they are super hot and spicy. Will definitely go back to try their Mee Siam and Gado Gado next time as I saw great reviews online too.

You will love the nice wok-hei taste after the every bite. Everything is fine except that you will be surprise that the white carrot cake is sweet.
