The Fried Kway Teow is reasonably priced, a healthier option with lots of vegetables and absolutely delicious with no added pork or lard. The portions are smaller than the average stall but certainly worth a try.

This stall is relatively new and locate at a pretty secluded corners, but it still doesn’t deter the long queue of crowds. The menu is filled with variety and patrons can sample anything from Wanton Noodles to Wanton Soup. The price is a bit higher than other food stalls and the queues long, but definitely worth it.
Really enjoy the meal as the char siew is nicely caramelized and charred with a bit of lean and fattiness. The broth was tasty, and noodles were springy. Wantons were well-stuffed and tasted nice.

Yew Chuan Claypot Rice

Yew Chuan Claypot Rice is managed by a couple team for close to 40 years. You must order and try their signature Claypot Chicken Rice. Serve with fragrant rice, garnished with chicken pieces, Chinese sausages, vegetables and small salted fish. Do note that you must wait at least 30 – 40 mins as the stall are often crowded and the varied portion sizes are prepared on order.
Remember to add black sweet sauce and oil to the piping hot and flavorful claypot rice, and you will understand why this stall has stood the test of time.

Don’t be amazed if you see the sold-out sign at Choon Kee Roasted Delights at late lunch hours as the food is really popular with long queue during peak meal hours. You will simply love the fragrant as they are added to all your lovely dishes.
Stall offers Chili Mee, Pork ribs Prawn Mee Soup, and Laksa at $3, $4 or $5. The prices are reasonable and affordable. You can try their Prawn Noodles soup, but they are definitely not as outstanding as the dry Chili Prawn Mee.

Stop at Kheng Fatt Hainanese Beef Noodles for a hearty bowl of hot Beef Soup especially during a cold rainy day. You can choose dry, or soup version of beef noodles served with stewed beef, beef balls or tendon. The price ranging from $4 to $7 depends on your choice.
The Sticky thick gravy from the Dry Beef Noodle was delectable and bursting with flavor. The portion was just right for the bowl. The flavors are very authentic with a strong beefy flavor but heartwarming with every bite.

You are beckoned by the large flashy signboard, the incredible fragrant smell, and the long queue telling you they sell something amazing. Their classic Teochew style Lor Mee is priced at $3, $4 and $5. The portions are sizable and the price reasonable, making the Lor Mee good value for money.
The Lor Mee stars incredibly crispy fish skins, with lovely tender pork belly, fish cakes, egg, fried wantons, Battered fried fish and more. The sauce at Keng Heng Whampoa Teo Chew Lor Mee is highly recommended and it will make every bite delicious.
