Rajarani Thosai stall is specialise in TAP, which are Thosai, Appam and Puttu mayam. They are undoubtedly the signature delicacies here. The Plain Appam, made with fermented rice batter and coconut milk, has a soft center and a sweet, savoury and salty flavour. While Egg Appam has the crown of egg york in the centre. Both are served with sweet orange sugar. The Thosai also spelled Dosa, is nice and crisp, mixed with amazing flavours of masala and the generous amount of butter create wonderful aromas.

The stall is situated at the end of Tampines Market and they opened their doors in 2020.  Aunty Chwee Kueh quickly established themselves as a go-to stall for tasty breakfast dishes at a reasonable price.  Stall sells a great variety of authentic traditional Teochew kuehs, like Chee Cheong Fun, Chinese Chives Cake, Rice dumpling, Soon Kueh, Yam Cake and more.

Chwee Kueh is soft, nice and create a great balance of saltiness and sweetness with their Chai Poh topping. The Chee Cheong Fun was soft, springy and chewy. Complement best with their sweet sauce and chilli sauce.
