Although it may appear like a disaster to eat a bowl of messy Lor Mee, but this Hokkien dish, especially at Guang Tai, is usually bursts with savory, hearty flavors and is a joy to slurp up. There are many places in Singapore that sell this goopy noodle dish, but not all of them are up to par in terms of flavor and taste as compared to Guang Tai Lor Mee.
